How do I receive my Visa approval letter?

A colored scan of the Vietnam visa approval letter will be sent to your email after it is done for processing, so please make sure that you have provided us with the correct email address. 

Normally the scan of Visa Approval letter will be in PDF or JPEG format. Therefore, to read and print it, please make sure your PC / laptop has installed these programs already.

After receive the Visa approval letter, you should print it out (black and white is OK). You are not allowed to board the airplane without this letter in paper in advance.



When you receive the visa letter, please follow the guidance below:

1. >> Check your detail information on visa letter (if it is incorrect, please confirm with us immediately, we will solve it)

2. >> Print visa letter to paper to use (in black and white is also OK).

3. >> Prepare 02 passport-sized photos (photos of your face) (4*6cm)

4. >> Download Vietnamese Visa application Form (New version of entry and xit form) to fill your information which will save your time at Vietnam Airport to declare it before you get visa stamp.

5. >> Bring the visa letter with you to the airport and show at the Airlines Office Desk when boarding the plane.

6. >> Prepare the visa letter to get visa stamp when you arrive at the Immigration Desk at the Vietnam International Airports (Noi Bai - Hanoi, Tan Son Nhat - Hochiminh city, Danang - Danang city, Cam Ranh-Khanh Hoa city, Phu Quoc - Phu Quoc Island)

7. >> Prepare money per person by cash (USD) to pay for  visa stamp fee (paid by yourself upon arrival at the airport: 45$ for 1 month and 3 months single entry, 65$ for 1 month multiple entries (less than 30 days of staying), 95$ for  1 month multiple entries (more than 30 days of staying 30 days) and 3 months multiple entries), 135$ for other types).
